Cancellation / Refund Policy
·If cancellation is submitted before shipment, it will proceed within 1-2 days.
·If your item is already shipped, it will proceed after checking out your item .
*Your item could be also cancelled partially.
·Please ask our customer service(E-mail/Q&A board)for cancellation.
The progress of refund will take at least 1-2 weeks but it could be different depends on Payment Platforms.
·The amount except for Sappun Points, Deposit and Coupons which are applied will be refunded.
·The amount will be refunded to whatever payment (Credit card, Bank account) that you initially used to make a payment. There could be a cancellation fee to give you a refund depends on your payment method.
·Please contact Payment Platform Service about an E-mail receipt of refund.
