Return / Exchange Policy


·It is available to exchange/return your item within 7 days since you receive it.
·You could not exchange/return your item in any reason after 7 days.
·We need to receive it as new condition.
·We do not receive any items without any notice via our customer service center(E-mail/Q&A board).
·"Exchange" is only accepted for color and size in same item. If you would like to exchange item to other items, you need to return it first and order it again.
·For exchanging color and sizethe cost of return shipping will be charged.
*Return by customer’s change of mind: customers need to pay for return shipping fee in advance
(If the price of your item is not satisfied with our Free Shipping Condition, an additional shipping fee will be charged)
*Exchange by the customer’s change of mind: customers need to pay for the cost of return shipping in advance with the cost of exchange shipping, $10
(We will make a link for the cost of exchange/return shipping fee)

When Exchange/Return is not available
-We do not accept any items in any reason after 7 days.
-When item is damaged (except for wrappers)
-If it is used
-If it is contaminated and flawed
-If it is repaired and washed out
-If you return it without any notice through our customer service center(E-mail/Q&A board)
*The cost of return shipping and other costs could be charged to you by the above reasons.

[Size / Color Exchange/Return Policy]
·If you would like to exchange item, please inform us your order number/name/reason/payment via our customer service center(E-mail/Q&A board).
·Please send items to the given address by our customer service center in 7 days after you request it.
·"Exchange" will be proceeded after we first receive the cost of return/exchange shipping.

[Defective Item / Misdelivery Policy]
·Please contact our customer service center (E-mail/Q&A board)We will deal with your problem ASAP.
·In case of defective / misdelivered, we will refund to your original payment instead of return or exchange. If you have further questions or concerns about our deposit system, please contact us asap. This is a process to take care of it promptly.
*If you ordered our items in non-membership, we will refund your payment.
